Returns

You have 30 days after you've received your item to request a return. This is applicable to online sales only. Any products purchased offline in-store must be returned to the store you bought it from and are subject to that store's returns policy.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll need proof of purchase.

To start an online return, contact us at returns@charliethevet.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if there is a problem.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, if we approve it, we'll refund you on your original payment method, and notify you the refund has been processed. Please remember it can take some time for your card issuer to process the refund.
